The region
Amora is a hidden gem on the coast of Portugal, known for its stunning scenery and tranquil atmosphere. Explore the town's charming Portuguese cobbled streets, where you'll find cozy cafés and quaint stores. Venture along the coast and discover nearby unspoiled beaches and secluded coves, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. You can also visit Lisbon, which is just a few kilometers away.

Everything was perfect, very clean and the host is also very helpful. If you want to go to Lisbon with your car, go to Cacilhas, there's a parking lot on the hill and then take the boat to the other side, a very convenient way to avoid Lisbon's traffic.

The room is large, the wifi is fast and reliable, you can see the lagoon from the terrace, the owners are very friendly.
Where to stay in Amora
We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Vasco. The house was tidy and clean, which is something I consider very important. What's more, it's set in a beautiful location, especially if you choose the upstairs room with its lovely little roof terrace. Vasco is an incredibly hospitable host who genuinely takes into account all the facilities a guest might need.
